Cloud migration, DevOps and platform engineering

Move to the cloud without losing control of cost or security, automate how software is released, or build your own SaaS or platform product.

Who it is for

Is this
you?

  • Companies running on ageing on-premises servers
  • Teams whose cloud bill keeps growing without clear reason
  • Product teams that release slowly or by hand
  • Founders building a SaaS or platform product
What we deliver

What is included

Assessment and migration plan

An inventory of applications and dependencies, with a recommended order of moves and the risks of each.

Landing zones

A secure, well-structured cloud foundation with accounts, networking, identity and guardrails set up once, correctly.

DevOps and release automation

Build, test and deployment pipelines plus infrastructure as code, so releases are repeatable and quick to roll back.

SaaS and PaaS engineering

Multi-tenant architecture, billing hooks, onboarding and scaling for products you sell to others.

Cost and performance tuning

Right-sizing, scheduling and monitoring so you pay for what you use and see problems early.

How it works

From first call
to running

  1. Assess

We map what you run, what depends on what, and which workloads suit the cloud, which do not and why.

  2. Foundation

We build the landing zone with security, networking and cost controls before moving anything.

  3. Migrate and automate

Workloads move in planned waves with rollback plans, and pipelines take over releases.

  4. Optimise

We review cost, performance and resilience after cutover and keep tuning, or hand over with documentation.

Building blocks

Typical building blocks

The exact stack depends on your systems, skills and budget. We recommend what fits, and explain why in plain language.

  • Landing zones
  • Containers
  • Infrastructure as code
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring and alerts
  • Cost controls

Common questions

Should everything move to the cloud?

No. Some workloads are cheaper or safer where they are. We recommend by workload, and say so when staying put is the better answer.

How do you avoid downtime during migration?

We plan cutovers in waves, rehearse them, keep a rollback path and choose low-traffic windows. Where zero downtime is required, we design for it from the start.

Which cloud platform do you recommend?

We choose based on your applications, skills, data location needs and budget, not a fixed preference. We explain the trade-offs in plain language.
