This policy explains how Stravion Technologies Private Limited ("Stravion", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use this website or contact us. We are a company registered in the State of Karnataka, India, and we aim to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as they apply to us.

1. What we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, company, email address and message. If you used the stack planner, we also receive the services you shortlisted, your team size and your start timing.
• Emails you send us: your email address and what you write.
• Saved in your browser, only if you accept: your stack, team size, start timing, the dates of your recent visits, your last visit and your privacy choice. This stays on your device and is not sent to us. See our Cookie Policy.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and reliable.

Please do not send payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through this site.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. You agree to this when you tick the box and send the form.
• To keep business records and meet our legal obligations.
• To keep this website secure and working.

We use your enquiry details to respond to that enquiry. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you separately.

3. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run this site and handle enquiries. They process data for us and do not get to use it for their own purposes:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
• Our website hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps server logs.
• Our email provider, which hosts the inbox that receives your enquiry.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it if the law requires us to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Where data is processed

Some of these providers may process data on servers outside India.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, to run any resulting engagement, and to keep business and legal records. After that we delete or anonymise them. Items saved in your browser stay on your device until you clear them or decline in our cookie settings.

6. Security

We use HTTPS and limit access to enquiries to people who need them. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• ask us to correct, complete or update it;
• ask us to erase it, unless we need to keep it by law;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew);
• make a complaint about how we handle your data;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act for yourself.

Write to us using the details below. We will reply within a reasonable time and in any case within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India as provided in the Act.

8. Children

This website is not meant for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you think a child has sent us data, please tell us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other sites

If we link to other websites, this policy does not cover them. Please read their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top when we do, and ask for your consent again if the law requires it.
